What is happening with Telstra Velocity?
This question is often asked at resident and body corporate meetings. Residents in the Freshwater, Mahogany Shores, Cape Blue, Lasiandra, Caleana Island and Baumea Reserve precincts are on the Telstra Velocity network.
Telstra has sold their Telstra Velocity service to Opticomm Networks. There is much discussion within the community and many questions in relation to the service. Please see this link for up to date information from Opticomm Networks in relation to the transition from Telstra to Opticomm infrastructure.
According to their roadmap, Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club Community will be transitioned by March 2023.
This timeframe is current at the time of distribution and may change depending on Opticomm Networks rollout within the estate.
